Despite some cringeworthy lyrics, and it not really breaking any new ground music wise, I like it! The best of their last four albums (which isn't saying much, I know). I think this is the best we can expect from R.E.M. these days. I sometimes dream about how awesome their legacy would have been if they had called it a day after New Adventures in HiFi. Oh well.
