"Yoshinori Sunahara - Liminal" might be something you like. Minimal techno with a touch of more melody than Wruhme, though. Ricardo Villalobos' "Thé Au Harem D'Archimede", "Alcachofa" and "Re:Ecm". Robert Hood's "Internal Empire" pretty much defined minimal-techno.
