  • Ceremony- Zoo ALBUM REVIEW (video)

    15. Mär. 2012, 0:39

Ceremony, the constantly evolving punk rock band from Rohnert Park CA released yet again release another solid album. Ceremony have done away with the hardcore sound and now play a style of punk similar to that of late 70's/early 80's punk rock bands. If you enjoy Wire, Joy Division, Sex Pistols, Germs then give this a listen for sure. The middle of the album holds this album back a bit though. This album has really grown on me. 7/10

  • Surfer Blood- Tarot Classics ALBUM REVIEW

    4. Nov. 2011, 1:37

Florida, indie rock band Surfer Blood come back in full form with their new EP, Tarot Classics. More up-beat, new addition of keyboards, and shorter make for a better release than last year's Astro Coast.

  • Cerebral Ballzy ALBUM REVIEW

    30. Okt. 2011, 23:22

Cerebral Ballzy a hardcore punk band from New York, is bringing back the 80's hardcore sound with this self-titled debut. Lyrics pointed towards teenagers and rebellion, forget the political mindset. Great drumming, alright guitar work, and punk sounding vocals from Honor Titus. This might sound great, but this band could use some work on trying to make their songs sound less samey and more complex.
