I got there at 10 pm and by then Shogi still people arriving and good crowd ready for a good time. After purchasing my first Parkway IPA I turned to see the band getting tuned up. Once they got going there was a decent vibe happening. A nice mix of prog rock and ambient electronic music. The only problem was I couldn't hear the singers voice too well or the bass. I spoke to the sound guy and he said the band was controlling everything from the stage. They were sending him two channels. So I said hit the bass and he said, "You want bass? I will give you bass?" He brought in the bass in the middle of a song and like magic the entire dance floor lit up like a night life club in Vegas. I suggest two things for Shogi: Give the sound guy more control and let me SilverlagE do some visuals for your awesome show. Look me up guys.
