Tue 3 Apr – Deerhoof, My Disco
San-Fransican trio, Deerhoof, rocked the casbah (or should I say the Factory) last night. While CatCall and My Disco built up the hype - both were very fitting supports.
My Disco was nothing short of intense. It was a very tight and well executed set that left many wanting more.
Onto the lovely Deers. What struck out immediately was the energy they input into themselves and their instruments. Greg, Satomi and John are forceful and eclectic in their direction of music, fusing other genres into their own experimental-art rock.
