01. Which song do you prefer, #1 or #40?
Hmmmm I'm not that into that particular Incubus song, but I only heard #40 for the first time recently, so I suppose "Pardon Me"?

02. Have you ever listened to #12 continuously on repeat?
No.

03. What album is #26 from?
"It's All in Your Head."

04. What do you think about the artist who did #15?
They are fucking amazing. I fell so madly in love with them last April that I would spend hours with them playing in ears while I lay on the floor like a fucking crazy person. I bought their CD TWICE because the first one arrived nearly cracked in half. Um, I want to have Richard Edwards abortion, maybe, so he can write songs about it.

05. Is #19 one of your favorite songs?
Not my FAVORITE favorite, because it's the STROKES, but I do love it a lot. "What's that sound?" is one of my favorite things to randomly say.

06. Who does #38 remind you of?
Ummmmmm happy thoughts I guess. Julian Casablancas fantastically improved vocals?

07. Does #20 have better lyrics or music?
Eh, I don't know. I don't listen to it much.

08. Do any of your friends like #3?
Do any of my friends seriously like Jet? Does anyone genuinely admit to liking this band?

09. Is #33 from a movie soundtrack?
Nope.

10. Is #18 overplayed on the radio?
Can I please have a radio station that plays the Smiths first, and then we'll talk about overplaying?

11. What does #21 remind you of?
Walking to work :[

12. Which song do you prefer, #5 or #22?
Hmmmm I probably like them equally, because I need to be in a certain MOOD to hear either.

13. What album is #17 from?
"Cassadaga"!

14. When did you first hear #39?
Maybe 1996? 97? Probably around the time "Nimrod" came out.

15. When did you first hear #7?
December 2003 when Anya sent me the CD.

16. What genre is #8?
Ummmmm some kind of goth/punk/metal hybrid? I never know.

17. Do any of your friends like #14?
Probably whoever got me into My Ruin? I can't remember if it was Ambs or Donna, honestly.

18. What color does #4 remind you of?
Deathbeds and bitter old people, yet good Phantom Planet.

19. Have you ever blasted #11 on your stereo?
I kind of have to blast it because it has really low sound quality (I hate the studio version, okay). But I do randomly SING it loudly.

20. What genre is #37?
Alternative? Indie? Um.

21. Can you play #13 on any instrument?
:[ Do not mock me.

22. What is your favorite lyric from #30?
"You think you deserve a trust fund / Just because you want one / Sure you talk the talk when you need to /
I fear the whole world is starting to believe you / Just another Dead Fag to you that's all / Just another Light missing in a long taxi line"

23. What is your favorite lyric from #23?
"Are you smoking crack or something?" lmao

24. Would you recommend #24 to your friends?
Sure.

25. Is #2 a good song to dance to?
Not... really? I mean, the Clash is awesome to bounce around the room to, but dance? Hm.

26. Have you ever heard #16 on the radio?
No.

27. Is #32 more of a "nighttime" or "daytime" song?
Ummmm maybe a 2AM song?

28. Does #36 have any special meaning to you?
I just started getting into Patti Smith, so, no.

29. Do any of your friends like #31?
Maybe.

30. Is #25 a fast or slow song?
Slowish.

31. Is #35 a happy or sad song?
Not sad exactly, but definitely not happy.

32. What is one of your favorite lyrics from #9?
"Then at last, the day was saved / with flowers borrowed from a dead friend's grave"

33. Is #34 better to listen to alone or with friends?
"I look at you all..." um, probably alone.

Sometime in 2006 I think?

Oh my fucking GOD I could not possibly decide.
