I'm a 22 year old living in Anyang, Korea for the year to teach elementary school kiddums. I'm from Buffalo NY, whose true merits I did not know until I left it and I can't wait to go back.

I like lots of things, specifically culture, history, pop culture, languages, music, movies and books. I've studied the languages Latin, Japanese and Korean for substantial amounts of time, though I'm not nearly as fluent as I'd like to be in any of them. I like ancient Roman culture and literature (and how those 2 things pair up) and have a big hope yet slim chance of getting into studying that professionally.

For music I like anything from any period, basically. But I have an affinity for 60s pop idols and 80s bands.

My favorite movies are Chungking Express, Notorious, The Empire Strikes Back, Holiday, His Girl Friday, Brief Encounter... etccc.
My favorite TV shows are: Star Trek: TNG, Doctor Who, Spaced, Gilmore Girls, Coupling, Buffy the Vampire Slayer
