Big Star you'll like if you like a certain type of power pop (Posies, Teenage Fanclub, Matthew Sweet, good/early Cheap Trick, Nazz, Raspberries, Badfinger, etc). The 1st two studio albums can often be found in a CD twofer and the 3rd kinda lost album is darker but not hard to find. Let me know if i can dig in my albums already in mp3 and can maybe send you some stuff.
