Albums of 2011

3. Jan. 2012, 16:02

Given that another year has drawn to a close I've just been looking at my most played albums of 2011, according to, here's my "top 10":

1) Knut –Terraformer, 109 track plays
2) Keelhaul – Keelhaul's Triumphant Return to Obscurity, 99 track plays
3) Gentlemans Pistols – At Her Majesty's Pleasure, 80 track plays
4) Corrosion Of Conformity – America's Volume Dealer, 73 track plays
5) 5ive – Hesperus, 71 track plays
6) Corrosion Of Conformity – Deliverance, 70 track plays
7) Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan – Hawk, 67 track plays
8) 27 – Animal Life, 65 track plays
9) Keelhaul – II, 61 track plays
10) Keelhaul – Subject to Change Without Notice, 60 track plays
10) Knut – Wonder, 60 track plays

I listened to my mp3 player lots at the start of the year, but since about July I've barely listened to it, in fact I haven't listened to much music at all in the last few months of the year, got back in the habit of listening through my squeezebox more in December though, plus I've been listening to Spotify a little

5 of the albums I listened to lots before I saw Keelhaul supporting Knut, twice, back in April
'Animal Life' is probably only in there as I fell asleep to it one night while camping, but I was still listening while asleep, honest ;)

The only 2011 releases that are included in the top 10 are At Her Majesty's Pleasure and Keelhaul's Triumphant Return to Obscurity.

Other albums I purchased in 2011 were Hesperus, and Hawk.
