[event=317317]Thu 23 Aug – Natalie Imbruglia (Hanrahan's - Maidstone, Kent)[/event]
I don't know how to write a review but here's what I have to say about the show.
Firstly, I felt it was too short.
Secondly, it was nice Natalie answered fan questions in between songs but the questions were all the same questions asked all the time I expected at least one new question from someone but it didn't happen.
Thirdly, why do people talk during a live performance? It's totally rude and they shouldn't be down the front if they want to talk to each other.
On the night from the questions we found out she's been horse-riding in Great Windsor Park and she's for want of a better word re-discovered her love of horses. Nat's also spent time touring with her Husband's Australian band Silverchair in Europe (before she did these two shows) but he had returned to Australia for a tour and she wouldn't see him until September and then she told us she was moving to Adelaide for a little while to start filming an independent film called Elise in October.
Also her parents Maxine and Eliott were at Hanrahan's and she asked everyone to Big Up Maxine and Eliott. Her mother accompanied her to many radio and tv interviews as well as the Blackpool Illuminations concert.
She probably changed a couple of songs around in the setlist but they were the same songs from the Apple iTunes show in London a week before.
I think I enjoyed the iTunes show more. It had a better vibe and it could only be improved if it was a longer show.
