Welcome to Dr Fujikiri's "What should I do?" advice blog, today we will review 10 easy steps to achieve anger management.
We will require:
2 Original discographies of 2 bands you find hilariously bad.
In this case we will be using the discographies of
- Tristania and Nightwish
You must remember that although these sessions guarantee immediate success, the effect might not be permanent so you may want to get more discographies. We recommend Epica, Tarja, Muse and Within Temptation.
1. - Get some space.
Space is important, you may want to get some.
Between the cds.

2. - Always play the tape forward
In the heat of anger, there may be instances where things said or done are those you usually would later regret. This actually hurts more than the anger itself, and one that you wished you could always take back but never could

"Lol, I'M OKAY NOW"
3. - Don't take yourself too seriously. Or anyone else for that matter.

Draw some faces on them. Frontwomen never fail to make you lol.
4. - Release tensions.
Specially between band members.
