DIGITAL IN BERLIN (D/B) is a network for music lovers, adventures and individualists.

New and contemporary music – away from mainstream, pop-culture and the conventional society; we report on the most breathtaking metropolis in Europe. Because the destiny of Berlin is a continuous journey with out ever arriving.
An online magazine, events promoter, label, radio, forger of ideas and consultant, the D/B network is active in all spheres of Berlin sub-culture.

D/B organizes unique concerts the goal of which is to present challenging music. Digital in Berlin is not constrained by fashions, musical styles or other conservative boundaries. An all encompassing platform, D/B sees music as the main issue, never merely as a passing trend.

Digital in Berlin is also organizer of the MADEIRADIG Festival on the garden-island of Madeira in Portugal. The festival takes place once a year at the start of December.

The Digital in Berlin Radio and Podcast appear monthly.
D/B Radio with a view to bringing different styles and directions in music to a wider udience, and so fostering music that has a formidable and extraordinary approach. The shows are resented and compiled by musician, philosopher and multi-instrumentalist Dirk Markham and D/B founder Michael Rosen. The D/B Podcast is a unique compilation of our favorite songs each time with a specific theme in mind. The mix is designed to take you on an extraordinary journey through the world of serious music.

Planned for 2010 Digital in Berlin is a biannual print magazine as well as a weekly radio show on the FM frequency in Berlin. Following the first CD release last year four further releases are planned for 2010. In addition, major expansion is in the works for the online magazine including, for example, a new interview section.
