    Cheeseburger? You'll always be my cheesburger, Burgerstand! I started work mixing Grizzly songs last night. Bought some amazing speakers, so it sounds like Jon & Em are in the room with me, which is both freaky and very sad.

    Sweet Jesus, man! If I knew the answer to that, I wouldn't be asking you! No, no - it far predates those songs. We're talking demos that were circulating around the time of Cut Flowers and the Saiki gig. What, about 2006? I know one of the songs was a kind of follow on to Affable Dan - something about taking a bus off the end of a pier... Ring any bells?

    Well, the Grizzlies would still be in play if I could find a microphone and stand to do a bit more recording with. And high-speed broadband connection would be useful. I'm sitting on 5 tracks that we nearly completed throughout 2008 - some really interesting stuff featuring Jon, Em, myself and Dai. I just don't have the equipment here, or the time, to finish them which is a bit annoying. Rest assured, though - once they're done, you'll be the first to know. On a similar note... do you recall a song from years back, a demo I did when I first got my Mac, that had some interesting lyric (possibly about planes or air strikes or something)? I don't know where that demo went, but I'd love to hear it again. I remember you had it on your car, and we were listening to it on one of those long drives across Kyushu - Oita gig, or maybe Saiki...
