1. How did you get into 29?
Martina McBride - I think it was when I first saw the video for "Safe In The Arms of Love". I soon bought that CD (Wild Angels) and I've been a fan since.

Elton John - Oh goodness I have no idea. I think it may have been Sad Songs (Say So Much)

Pat Benatar - Hmm I think it's a close call between In The Heat of the Night and Crimes of Passion.

Ke$ha - LOL no, all her songs are pretty happy I think. Maybe The Harold Song is a tad sad.

The Beatles - That's a tough one. I'll go with a tie between The Long and Winding Road and I've Got a Feeling.

Britney Spears - ALL of her songs make me happy! But I'll go with Toxic cause it's my all time fave of hers.

Barbara Mandrell - Hmmm I don't know if I have a favorite. I've really only listened to her discography once thru so far. But I think I like her late 70s/early 80s stuff the most.

Billy Joel - Another tough one. He has so many great songs. I'll go with Two Thousand Years.
13. What is a good memory you have involving 30?
Mitch Hedberg - Awww. He was such a funny guy. So sad that he's no longer with us. I remember first seeing him on Comedy Central with his donut bit - "I give you the money, you give me the donut. End of transaction. We don't need to bring ink and paper into this." My husband and I laughed our asses off.

Prince - Of course! He has tons of great tunes. I'll go with Endorphinmachine. I can't sit still when I hear that song.

Demi Lovato - Never seen her.

Daughtry - Well their first single was It's Not Over so I guess that's it. But of course I was a fan of Chris' when he was on Idol.

Miley Cyrus - Yes actually. I saw her on Oprah when I was in the audience. She performed with Joan Jett. But as for an actual concert of hers I have not.

Foo Fighters - Hmmm I guess just my husband's enthusiasm for them. That kind of made me a fan too. And the first time I listened to the Wasting Light album and fell in love with it.

Linda Ronstadt - Mad Love…although I think Get Closer actually has more plays in my library. I'd say that's either a very close second or a tie.

KISS - I used to always say it was Hard Luck Woman but I think it might actually be Mr. Speed. Maybe another tie? It's so hard to choose lol.

Dwight Yoakam - I think it was probably Little Sister when I saw him back in the 80s on The Nashville Network. I did not like him back then. I didn't become a fan til way later.

Stevie Nicks - Sleeping Angel from the Fast Times at Ridgemont High soundtrack.
31. How many times have you seen 17 live?
ABBA - None. And never gonna happen unless they ever decide to do a reunion which is unlikely.

Selena Gomez & The Scene - Pretty much all of them. I like happy pop music. I'll go with We Own The Night (feat. Pixie Lott)

Trisha Yearwood - Another tough one. I'll go with Real Live Woman

Avril Lavigne - I don't think she has any horrible songs. One I can kind of take or leave is I Don't Have To Try.

Aerosmith - I'm not crazy about anything they've done since "Jaded". That's their last really good song IMO. And the rest of that album didn't really do it for me either other than maybe the title track (Just Push Play). The previous album (Nine Lives) was outstanding so everything since has kind of been a let down.

Garth Brooks - Once in the early 90s at the Houston Rodeo.

Queen - I remember going to the library and checking out the Night At The Opera album on vinyl when I was in high school. Mostly to listen to Bohemian Rhapsody. But it wasn't until I met my husband that I was introduced to their entire catalog.

Nickelback - Burn It To The Ground!! That song kicks my ass.

Heart - ALL OF THEM! So many memories attached to this band for me. But off the top of my head I'll go with (Love Me Like Music) I'll Be Your Song

Jim Gaffigan - another fave comedian of mine. I have three albums of his: Beyond The Pale, Doing My Time, and King Baby.
Since my top 50 changes a lot I'll try to do this again in a few months. :)
