It was hardly much of a dispute with TheAncientglory. Just typical internet bullshit. I have been stirring up some drama on the Deftones and Beatles shoutbox as of late but it's far too easy to win arguments and get a rise out of people it seems. *sigh* I need a challenge to keep me interested otherwise it just becomes another routine win........ I've been getting into Hip-Hop a bit more recently and N.W.A. are certainly one of the more funky groups. I honestly think I must be the only user on last.fm who honestly enjoys both DSBM and gangster Rap. Maybe I was dropped on my head when I was younger LOL as I'm so weird when it comes to music...

Are you serious? Hey, I'm glad you liked them! :) Pryapisme deserves more recognition... I hope the new album will sell well so the guys can eventually release a third one.

I don't mind at all. I would say that J Dilla's "Donuts", Madlib's "Shades of Blue", and Nujabes' "Modal Soul" are good albums to check out if you're attempting to get into instrumental hip-hop. Hope you enjoy them.

Bill Evans is the most important piano player in jazz music, and maybe in modern piano history. If you like an incredible and continuos interaction between piano and double bass in jazz music, i recommend you the albums "Sunday at Village Vanguard" with Scott La Faro (the equivalent of Jaco Pastorius in '60 modal jazz) and "You Must Believe in Spring" with Eddie Gomez. Tell me your opinion

Oh man, that can be said for a bunch of bands. I guess my appetite for tech-y progg-y metal stuff have been fulfilled by a select few bands the past few years. My old computer died a few years ago, and so I lost a lot of albums, and haven't had the time or the effort to reacquire everything. And, well, finding some stuff again is so much harder now than a few years ago. :( Plus around that same time I started getting into non-metal stuff a lot more, so that's taken a good portion of my time. I'll try and get on it soon enough!
