A vinyl, a fucking white vinyl!

Okay, this is just ridiculously cool, awesome, wicked, or whatever the kids say these days. AER20-200 has made a stunningly good four-track EP Glycosaminoglycan Sulodexide, and it is packed in a super-mega-luxus laser-cut cardboard sleeve and pressed on a white 12" vinyl. And somehow Siko Records got the chance to release this spectacle!

The music itself is hard to describe, but it's something like glitch (but less academic) or IDM (but less pompous) or ambient (but more dynamic).

Two of the tracks are available as free downloads on Last.fm, but to listen to the thing properly, I suggest you buy a copy of the vinyl version. You can place your order here, or by contacting me.

Possibly the best Finnish EP released in 2010.

at first the first track makes me think of the perfect score for a 21st century japanese monster movie but then, all of a sudden it gets very sci-fi, like a jogging cybertron.

Thanks for the comments! Now, a 21st century Japanese monster movie... Wouldn't that be pretty sci-fi per se? Well, maybe not. There are actual Japanese monsters in this century as well, I suppose.
