Discovery of the day: Elliott BROOD
Death!country. That gotta be good stuff, and it is. Check out: Write It All Down for You.
The track of the day is The Killers and Human. A real pearl from their new album. Unfortunately the rest of the songs are quite disappointing...

Gorillaz Day. DARE
One of the best songs by Gorillaz.
The Unicorns: Unknown Title
For reasons a bit unknown I had "hearted" this song on the 6th of Nov, so for that it qualifies to be the song of the day. Does not sound too bad.

I started to listen to The Housemartins when I was a teenager, I don't know how did I come across with it, but I think it's one of the first contacts to "britpop". One of the favourite tracks, still, is Flag Day.
"Too many florence nightingales
Not enough robin hoods
Too many halos not enough heroes
Coming up with the goods
Too many hands in too many pockets
Not enough hands on hearts
Too many ready to call it a day
Before the day starts"
Matthew Good day. Advertising on Police Cars. Fine example of what a great musician Matthew Good really is. Awesome track.
Track of the day: Imogen Heap's Clear The Area.
White, clear, hospital, cold.
Stars' Ageless Beauty
Beautiful song, love this one.
"oceans won't freeze
so loosen your heart
undefeated in this love"
I don't know how I came across this track, but WOW, what a interesting tune. I heartily recommend everyone to check out this one: Slow motion car crash.
Stereophonics' Dakota makes me feel always good. :)
The Arcade Fire is one of my favourites, and here's a good example of their great music: Cold Wind.
Joy Division day. Failures. I get to thank my former colleague for introducing me the music by Joy Division. Thanks Jouni.
Good mood music: 40 Days by Carpark North.
The best Robbie Williams song ever: Feel.
"I just wanna feel
Real love feel the home that I live in
Cos I got too much life
Running through my veins
Going to waste
I don't wanna die
But I ain't keen on living either"
Track of the day is a classic by Depeche Mode and Enjoy the Silence.
Discovery of the day: Breaking Benjamin's Breath.
Liekki is one of my favourites bands, and I really regret at the moment that the album I own "Rajan piirsin taa" is in Finland, since I really miss now their music. Sinun luona kerran is a good example of their really great style of making music. Very lovely tune, very lovely indeed.
Finnish music day. Track of the day: Lapko's Mary the Queer. Very epic stuff.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs day. Down Boy.
Discovery of the day. Going Nowhere by Cut Copy. <3 Makes me feel good.
The Shins - So Says I

It seems to be Muse phase for me now... Track of the day: [track artist=Muse]The Small Print[/track
Muse - [track artist=Muse]Exo-Politics[/track].
Bloc Party day...[track artist=Bloc Party]Plans[/track] This song has grown on me, I just realised how cool this song is...
Matthew Good Band day. One of my favourites is [track artist=Matthew Good Band]Symbolistic White Walls[/track]. I find the track extremely powerful. Anyway, I like Matthew Good, his voice is distinctive.
I like the earlier stuff by Controller.Controller, their album History being IMO a really good album, full of danceable music, good energy, catchy tunes. I am not quite sure about X-Amounts, but today's track [track artist=Controller.Controller]Tigers Not Daughters[/track] from it isn't really that bad either, but IMO it does not show what the band can really do at their best either.
I was listening all kinds of stuff today, but what really lifted my mood today was definitely Scissor Sisters' [track artist=Scissor Sisters]Can't Come Quickly[/track]. It is such a fine tune.

Disco Ensemble day. I really like their straightforward sounding rock. It's energetic and catchy. So Long, Sisters deserves the track of the day notion. :)
Last day at homehome. Tomorrow I'll be in Helsinki, and then on Thursday I'm back in England. So last moments to enjoy my time in Finland. Today I have been listening to YleX. That is a Finnish radio channel. A song, which immediately caught my attention, is Tämä rakkaus by Chisu.
Tämä rakkaus=This Love.
Last day in Finland, got to spent it with friends, so it was all great. Stella and Puolet Sinusta was playing in the radio, when K gave me a ride to town.

Rob Zombie - Scum of the Earth
Had a Mission Impossible II soundtrack day. This track wakes me up, faster than coffee.
Broken Social Scene - It's All Gonna Break
Broken Social Scene day.
The Millioners - Most Sexiest Music
Music by The Millioners guarantees 100% great listening experience. Great dance music from Finland. Woot!! :)
The Millioners - Body Into Use
The Millioners day. :)
I was out with a friend, but I don't remember what heck they were playing at Seurahuone. I only remember hearing Muse's - Knights of Cydonia, and momentary I was distracted by the song, and only listening my friend half-heartily. Oops.
I was visiting my friend, and she is a fan of John McGregor. I remember this song Katselin tähteä by him. It sounds really nice.
Damien Rice day. My friend really likes him, and well, can't say that it wouldn't sound good, especially the song Cold Water.
