• Beatles 2009 Remasters

All voices and instruments jump out at you! Clear as a bell. Hear the tambourine and cymbals as you've never heard them before. Vocals seem to sit ahead of everything else in the stereo picture when placed in middle. I can't stop smiling!!

  • 10,000+ Plays

    19. Feb. 2009, 19:15

This fast progression to 10,000+ is helped along largely because I've been listening to much music on my travels and during my lunch hour on my wonderful 2nd Gen iPod Touch and iPhone 3G toys.

Favourites at 10,000+ now are Paul McCartney's "Fireman - Electric Arguments" and STILL I love "Eagles - Long Road Out Of Eden", never tiring of the wonderful harmonies and melodies.

Wonder what my favourites will be when I change badges next time. :)

  • Singles?

    1. Dez. 2007, 20:07

I'm currently checking all my labels on my iTunes music and have decided to add album information for the tracks that do not have it.

A question - What do you put in the "Album" column when the track is absolutely a "Single" track only and does not appear on any album? e.g. A fun isolations track, a bootleg remix or mashup.

Do you leave it blank? If you do that then there may be new additions as time goes by, which do not get their album added manually. If not blank, then what? A dash? (-) or "Single".

What would or do you do about this?

  • First Year - 6,000 Plays

    3. Okt. 2007, 19:33

Title says it all - in one year I've played 6,000 tracks.

I reckon this is pretty good going seeing as I spend many hours at work and watching telly.

Quite a few of my tracks are 15 or 20 minutes long - from Podcasts. My profile says "16 tracks per day". If they were all about 4/5 minutes long, then I'd have a higher count than I do at the moment. But who cares? Not me. It's just a number.

    It's the music that counts.

I have noticed a few visitors today to my profile.

On further inspection I notice that my name is top of the listeners of ccc this week - first of 2,728 listeners!

I think Cracked Pepper and Revolved are fantastic!
