Introduction "What was up this week?" There wasnot lots of new stuff this week, only one track really standout this week; I'm talking about 'Nicole Scherzinger ft T.I. - whatever you like'. I totally like it! Also one album really stood out: 'Mayday Parade - A lesson in Romantics'. I LOVE IT! The band has 2 male singers and they singing together or to each other, makes it a hot duo! The album has really hardrock songs en very low-instrumentally songs…Gonna listen to it soon again! Don't wanna forget Aly & AJ either, but I only listened it once, and I will listen again when the retail leakes, that won't take long. No new hot video was released this week, so there won't be a 'video fave'

Track of the week "Dame Shirley Bassey - Get the party started" How cool is this track, well it's over-the-top-gay, so I have to love it (L) Shirley Bassey, or as she wants to be called these days: Dame Shirley Bassey covered P!nk's song awesomely! The song is on her new album that is titled the same. Ofcourse, after that dark track last week, this week the track had to be something positive and I found it. I guessed though one of the themetracks would become track of the week, but none of them really stood out.

Didnot see that coming! The HQ-version of 'bank holiday monday' leaked and it actually gave Stereophonics a #1-position. But I don't think they will be on #1 next week, so there will be room for Infernal, Gwen Stefani or Monrose which is becoming a real summerjam now! But maybe one of the new tracks can climb their way onto the #1. But if that will be the case, I'll put my money on Nicole Scherzinger. Arcade Fire re-entered with this track again, but it has it's lowest entry sofar, so I won't be expecting a lot from it.

So the list has shrunk…only one track was added to the list from last week, the rumoured 50 cent-track. But when I see this list I don't think one of the above tracks will enter, they all still need to grow on me, we'll see what happens…So that means no 'flashforward' this week

Flashback "Sarah Connor ft TQ - Let's get back to bed boy" This track has really regrown on me! I wouldn't be surprised if this track will be the winner of the theme, since this track is related to that. It's a great midtempo track, which you can listen easily to!

Killer-ass Remix "Andrea Corr - Shame on you" Turns out the singleversion is way different from the albumversion, the version I was familiar with. The singleversion is way more danceable and 'kills my ass' if I were on the dancefloor, so it has to be killer-ass remix! I am gonna relisten this track more often and maybe Andrea Corr could re-enter the charts!!

Brilliant B-side "Editors - An eye for an eye"This track is featured on the current single 'smokers outside the hospital doors'. The single features 3 b-sides, but I only like this one, I think it is a missing track from the album, since it would fit in perfectedly! Rumour has it, that the new single of Editors will be 'weight of the world'. I would be very happy with that!!

Must-listen Album "Mayday parade - A lesson in Romantics" I love this album. Like I said above, 2 male singers singing love songs to eachother makes a hot combination. There is only one track on the album I don't like and that's the current single, so how strange is that?! So that's why there is no single of Mayday Parade in the singlecharts. You should listen this album just once, try it if you like pop/rock with great variation in the rock, from really hard to soft. It's great!

Outrageous Liveperfomance "Anastacia - Jesus Christ Superstar (Live @ Concert for Diana)" She rocked the stage again, I so want Anastacia back in the musicindustry now, thanx to this perfomance! But we'll have to wait till 2008, so that's a bummer, but at least we have this phenominal perfomance, check it downhere if you haven't seen yet, or wanna see it again!

Summer Flashback "Don Henley - Boys of Summer" If you don't know this song…check it!! This song is the only song, who can bring me in the summermood. Hot boys in the video and a raw voice singing about them, what could I wish for more? This is by far my all-time favourit summersong!! Don Henley had a smash hit with this song, so I am not only one loving Boys of summer

Summer Jam Statistics "Charttop 5" Every two weeks I'll be posting the summercharts, which summersong is on #1 this time. It's based on the 'norma;'charts. This is the first week I will be doing this, and it's a little bit unexpected, but anything could happen, since summer really has to start still!
