mine is on the 17th, it was this tuesday actually. i've read that book! my friend has it, he's really into astrology and all that crazy stuff. but i was surprised at how accurate the book was, and it wasn't even particularly vague like most of that stuff tends to be. like, that same day he also read my tarot, and it ended up being like the shittiest cards in the deck, but it was all so weird and every card kind of danced around a blurry meaning. i'm gonna choose to not take that seriously...but i was very impressed by that book.

i feel the same way. being a good parent is a forever-type thing, i don't think i could keep up. and don't get me wrong, some kids are too cool for words. my neighbor's four-year-old son has a fascination with cars and planes, but not just kid stuff like "that red car is cool, i want one of those when i grow up." he actually knows a lot about them, what year certain cars were put on the market, the different kinds of fighter jets...it's wicked impressive. he's like a walking encyclopedia.
