heh, distinctly unsunny here in SA for the last week or 2 - autumn is most definitely here! i'm a bit biased when it comes to Sigur Ros (as a quick glance at my charts might indicate!), but i reckon that their last proper album Takk would be the best place to start. individual songs? Your german is good! I really love The Weakerthans, saw them live last year in Berlin. You might check out the video of the gig: http://www.boerdebehoerde.de/2008/04/14/video-the-weakerthans-live-in-berlin-07/. I like all of their albums, in that order: Reconstruction Site, Night Windows, Left and leaving, Fallow. No special song, they are nearly great at all.
