Post-punk princes Mission of Burma get to fully explore their dadaist fetish on this early single, with terrific results. The number careens all over the place, with odd time signatures and detours into atonal instrumental sections, before closing with that lovely, call-and-response 'dada!' chant. Still, the song remains undeniably catchy, though it often gets overshadowed by fan favorites 'That's When I Reach For My Revolver' and 'Academy Fight Song.' One would do well to pick up the expanded 'Signals, Call and Marches' EP, which features all three of these outstanding tracks plus some other early MoB goodies.
