Not sure if you ever heard this track or group, but this (unfortunately broke up ) Band from the mid 90's has become one of my fav's of late . The singer has an incredible gift of control that even Simon Cowell couldn't fault . This track is not the best for showing off her skills though. Rose Chronicles - Clouding Doubt Here is a better one Rose Chronicles - Visions And awesome vocals above and beyond the call of duty Rose Chronicles - Bruise

BTW Thanks much for the Stone Roses . Excellent suggestion , I have heard a couple of the tracks but that was all . I've played the LP about 10 times so far . There is a reason as my lack of music knowledge where alternative is concerned . I used to be into nothing but hard rock ,Progressive Rock and Heavy Metal . A few groups managed to snag my attention - Most notably Curve , Talk Talk , Lush , and DJ Shadow . Later I finally got connected to the internet and a Galaxy of music hit me in the face . I haven't stopped exploring ever since . But I have a LOT of gaps where there are groups I should KNOW and just don't . And in the case of the Stone Roses that is very true .

LOL ! I ,for some reason or other, have yet to really delve into all the stuff they put out. But I have always liked them . Mick Bolton was the guitarist for their early Space Rock years, and Michael Schenker took over ,around '73 I believe. This particular LP I have owned ,ever since it became available on CD . It is probably my favorite of the short list of LP's by them I have heard. Light's Out and Love To Love had airplay - at least in my town . Unfortunately not enough , even from the myriad "Classic Rock" (GAG!) stations that have worn out songs that were completely dead 30 years ago ! Very few people I know remember anything by them . UFO - Lights Out This LP is with Schenker and is more along the lines of traditional rock . But the 2 tracks Title track and the last one are exceptional and easily are in my top 100 tracks from this genre of all time .

Wow! No I never heard of Dead Meadow before . Me likes ! They remind me of UFO speaking of which some genius managed to record their One Hour Space Rock LP. I have this LP on disc and really love it. Not all the tunes are great .It can get monotonous at times . But for the most part consider it an over all Jam session with some very long tracks . UFO One Hour Space Rock Also while checking your library I noticed a lack of Verve I have an excellent track from "Later with Jools Holland "show here . This tack was on their second LP Northern Soul where they started to head more towards Brit Pop than Shoegaze . This is a track I can listen to over and over - and have . The guitar work is brilliant and the bass line is a serious hook for the catch . Verve - Life's An Ocean
