Hey, thanks for the comment. It turned out to be something different, though. Apparently Media Player itself, and not Last.fm, was screwing it up all along. I had to go to 'Advanced Tag Editor' and change the artist. Apparently someone must've put the AeternuM some time earlier. Oh well, all is fine now! Again, thanks for the reply! ;)

Yeah, you're pretty much spot on there. I haven't updated my UM profile in years, so that email address is really old. My new one is saltrubbedeyes@hotmail.com. I'm not on at the moment, but I will be a bit later if you're still around. :)

Nah, that doesn't sound gay; seems like a really apt description. I can understand why you'd think that (stuff in my 'about me' section), but I'm not really just a closeminded, arrogant metalhead; I just really, really hate posers and faggot hipster kids like Alter who are seemingly only interested in black metal for scene credit. For Nox Intempesta, definitely check out Damnanus Dominum. It's actually the only full-length of theirs that was ever released, which is a real shame 'cause I reckon they had something pretty damn good going there.

Loved your "about me" section. It really does seem like there's a big competition on last.fm with who can have the most open minded taste or who is the "truest" etc etc. Kudos!

Tenhi is a group I've been interested in for a long time, and it does sound really good. Appreciate the links.

I'm interested in good neofolk and maybe some more decent dark ambient. A friend of mine is a huge fan of Death in June and Von Thronstahl (and is actually behind the Von Liebenfels project, if you've ever heard of it) and neither of those particularly appeal to me at all. Sorry, I know that's fairly vague but seeing as I don't really know anything at all about this style of music I can't be very specific.

I used to listen to some ambient stuff, like Lustmord, Biosphere and Troum, but I never *really* got into it. I know there's definitely non-metal out there that I would enjoy, but I just can't really be bothered searching for it. It's most likely that I'd only find a few songs I'd enjoy, as opposed to band's full discographies or genres. I'd welcome any recommendations you'd be willing to give.

So, 'Celebration of the Four' isn't metal at all. Interesting, but not my type of music.

Wow, that was fast. Thanks a lot. I'll definitely keep your offer in mind too, you do seem to have a knack for finding really obscure stuff.

As far as Nåstrond goes I'm only familiar with their first two albums and 'Age of Fire' is definitely the better of the two. I'm really interested in hearing 'Celebration of the Four', but it seems to be impossible to find in any format.

Yeah, I saw the post; I laughed. I've had a few temporary bans in the past too, no big deal. Deron is a fag.

Have you heard Di6's "The Brown Book". It's very similar to Rome at times and was obviously a big influence. I'm surprised you've been able to really get into Rome but not so much Di6. Interesting.

You told me "You apparently don't know very much about him either, considering that you're scrobbling Filosofem with titles that aren't even in the right language.". But I don't think scrobbling in the right language is a good parameter to know Varg if you understand what I mean. I know original names of his songs, don't doubt. And now I see so many people laughing at Varg... these stupid bastards read some shit from mass-media and thought that everything of it is right. Do you think it's absolutely normal?

Are you lonely this valentines day? It must be hard for you, with just Michael Gira's wrinkly sack to look at.

In your case, the difference between the two is negligible. You're obviously trying to annoy people or make them mad with your opinions and the way you state them, which is what trolling is, but it doesn't seem to be working here. Maybe you should go bother stormchasar or some Opeth fans. This isn't getting anywhere unless your intent was to bore me and make predictable comments.

abominor: Anybody who thinks that Swans are shit doesn't have opinions worth my time anyway. I'm not sure why I'm expected to care if you like me or my music taste. In fact, you not liking bands will make it less likely for you to download their music, so why would I worry about that? If you decide to continue, I assume that your next shout will consist of tired trolling standby comments such as insulting my music taste, repeating what you've already said or talking about how I must be angry or must care about you because I'm replying. Boring.

Hey look at you, you're a little downloader black metal kid who closes your shoutbox because you're scared that people will reply to you and make you look stupid.

I'm going to listen to it soon. Animal Collective, yeah they seem to be the biggest thing in the "indie" scene right now. I'm personally not into that kind of folk music. Kind of weird that you like it, considering your general taste...
