Answering on your question quite late. "Пошуки смислу - призначення карб." can be roughly translated as "The search(es) of sense (or truth in epistemological sense) - (is/are the) notch(es) of destiny". Just adding one letter: "Пошуки смислу - призначення cкарб." can be roughly translated as "The search(es) of sense (or truth in epistemological sense) - (is/are the) treasure of destiny". Ukrainian is not well-known language on the Earth, and even in Ukraine many can't speak it properly. Do you familiar with foreign languages? I see the name Víðarr, maybe Old Norse or some modern variants (like Icelandic)?

I think that's something that would happen over time, I don't think Kris would be as understanding, as I know I wouldn't be understanding if he was chatting with his ex, mother of two in all her glory. When we are doing a long distance relationship, Kris and I get uneasy easier, and he worries about me running off (which I would never do). No matter how much he trusts me, he isn't going to take too well to the idea. Meh, life is full of hard decisions. I'm just depressed with my new job, it's fucking horrible. I miss having my own place, I miss seeing my boyfriend every day, I miss all my friends from work at Opus. None of my friends here in Vancouver have even bothered to make an effort in seeing me, I haven't seen them in almost 2 years.

I don't mean that in a negative way (sounds stupid, but keep in mind I'm still not a vengeful person, never was). I think I was more curious than anything. I'm sorry if it came off the wrong way. Having to make some tough personal decisions right now.

Thank you. The word "карб" is used extremely rarely in Ukrainian language, that's why I thought it should be "скарб". Sorry for disturbing.

It's funny that Victoria is full of nice people, but it sounds like the management is run by scoundrels at most retail stores my friends work at there, including mine. I definitely am missing it quite a bit, but the transit system here definitely has its major perks. You talking too much, that's complete bullshit, I'm surprised you can even get fired for that, but people have been fired for less. You should look into an apprenticeship as an electrician. I mean, it's good money, and you can try to follow your other dreams and goals as that wage supports you along the way. Plus, it's so much cleaner than plumbing, and you don't have to fondle people's poo for a living.

Rent was almost $1000/month, and Kris wasn't working for three months because he got fired from his tile-setting job. He had side jobs and paid is half, but since I only made about $750/ paycheck, and paid for groceries, it was already tough. His apprenticeship would be full-time for 6 months... I mean, we could have definitely done it, but my brother has been really sick since I moved, he was in the hospital for three weeks (which my boss wouldn't let me take time off for btw, the cunt), but I had missed my family as I only saw them every 2-3 months. Plus, I honestly didn't want to live with a roomie while Kris lives at home. Yeah my manager had serious control issues, and pressures the staff to stalk customers like we are on commission in hopes to boost the average sale up 20 cents. Needless to say, I didn't exactly follow it. I did get an excellent probationary review, but that didn't stop me getting called to meet with her twice a week.

Yeah, he'll be at the interurban campus, I think. He's looking into being an electrician. I myself have no idea what I want to do. I did take a watercolour course at Vancouver Island School of Art, that little place in Quadra Village. That's weird, I was in Value Village numerous times looking for old frames. Did you ever get lunch at the Grindstone Cafe? I usually went around the corner to Cascadia. And mustache lady is a total cunt, she expected us to stalk customers like we are working for commission, and would always call people into meetings to complain about our behaviours. I gave her a months notice that I was leaving, but because I quit before Christmas, she did everything she could to make my life a living hell. What kind of art are you working on these days?

What! Crazy! Then you must have worked downtown...? I lived just off Bay St in the Fernwood area, so I would normally walk home. I spent way too much money at that store, I got a good discount but I didn't make as much. My boss, she actually had a mustache, not sure if you had seen her, she was the definition of butch. Unfortunately the Opus locations here aren't hiring, despite the fact I'm train in both custom framing and digital printing, which is stupid. I have an interview at some fancy chocolate place tomorrow morning, not sure if I will make their cut. What neighbourhood do you live in? Don't tell me we were neighbours... how strange! I have never been to Montreal, I would love to go there one day. Kris is taking an apprenticeship at Camosun, after the six months, I'm not sure if I'll be going to Victoria or I'll be going there. He hates this city and I don't really blame him!

I'm sorry to hear that, but I know you will find your way. I was living in Victoria since February, moved back about a week ago. I was working at Opus, the art store in china town. Miss that city, it took 8 months away from Vancouver to realize that the life on the island is much better. I hope I will be able to move back there. Are you still in Sidney? I remember the last time we talked you had travel plans.

That's a fantastic and very extensive list you've given me there. Thanks very much for that. I'll get into checking those out, over time. I've not heard any of the Trondheim bands you mention either, so that's another avenue for me. I do like Necros Christos. Not heard them properly but I liked what I did hear. I love that murky, occult, ritualistic sound in death/black metal like that. Ah okay, I listened to GBK a while back, maybe need to revisit that stuff. I do enjoy Arghoslent's music too, even if I don't agree with their views. You're correct though, the riffs are fantastic haha.

That's great, I'd say that I'm getting back to some older stuff myself. There's a whole world of stuff from the past that I haven't explored, so it's definitely worth a look. Mainly a lot of prog, country and folk stuff. Fantastic music. Ah nice, I've only heard Arizmenda from the BTC, any others you'd recommend?

Ah, excellent stuff. Neofolk and atmospheric Black Metal of the finest kind. Plus the work the painter Friedrich, and a portrait of Von Karajan. And let me not get started on your quotes.
