Hey, what's up? Some new interessting stuff? You are not really often here anymore, right? Maybe you have to try new bands :D I like An Autumn for Crippled Children really much and Long Distance Calling. Two very different bands but I like both on their own side of music :)

She has a really fantastic voice with a unique tonal quality. The music itself isn't to my taste, I think that's because there's something about her voice; she should be using it for something else. Something feels wrong here. Do you know what I mean?

Truth is, there really isn't any work out there. Everyone is so desperate for work that no one's hiring!

Haha, well she went to university for a bit. She's taking a year off. We mostly get by on very little money by making our own food, our own bread and stuff. It doesn't cost much that way. If we both had jobs, we'd probably have more money than we knew what to do with. Hahaha.

Are you going? I am not sure about this year, though the tour seems very promising. Will grab a ticket if I get some friends along. Friday at Tuska is a must for me. Can't wait. Care to join us?!! :D

College? Did I say that? I live with my girlfriend. We're unemployed and not going to do anything about it any time soon. Hahaha. In the meantime, I'm just going to write and send it off to people. I'm in Liverpool. So different here. This city is much more alive than Cardiff.

That's alright - it's good not to be spending all of your time in front of the computer! My girlfriend goes mad at me for it because sometimes I come online and I'm lost for days. Haha. I had a good time too. My mother sent a huge parcel. She's always sending me things. I think that's because since I moved away, she has all this extra money and she doesn't know what to do with it all. Not much is going on right now though. I'm going home in a few days to see some friends. I always have mixed feelings about going home. It doesn't even feel right calling it home, since this is my home, but that feels weird too. (This house is my home, but saying Cardiff is feels odd). I found a delicatessen that sells German food - I'm happy about that. And I've discovered a love for lingonberries. Mmm.

I was not expecting you to remember, thanks a lot :) I've kept busy, every day the same; work - finish work - eat - nap - it's already late and i'm getting ready for my night sleep. Sounds so boring. Must be the age, hah. Hope you're well too. I'll try to catch up with you on weekend.

Yes I know Agalloch and they sounds really nice :) And yes, it's always hard to loose a big fame of the metal music. At specially to leave his wife and his little daughter :( But this happens everywhere, so it's just like "I don't care" to me. Yeah, better to visit a small festival than no festival ;D

Hey man ! I'm sorry, I had no time to answer :/ I hope you are free of sickness again. Have you new good bands to listen to? In the last time I like german black metal again. Something like Eisregen (German for something like 'Freezing rain') or Luna Aurora because I like their lyrics and melody! And sometimes Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie because I will see them next month :D It will be funny to see those two psycho bitches on one stage :D xD

I've only listened to her 1973 album Dnevnik Jedne Ljubavi, which I really like. I've played songs from it on my radio show a couple of times.

Wow, that's quite amazing. You're very welcome, I'm just happy you like Jazz. It's becoming a largely forgotten thing. I can see why so many people think they hate it, with awful artists like Michael Buble and stuff. Or they hear snippets of something they're not ready for and think "Fuck that!" Hahaha. And to think this all started with the Band, a band who interestingly enough were inspired by Jazz! Buddy Rich, perhaps the best Jazz drummer ever, if not best drummer ever, said Levon Helm was his favourite "rock drummer" of all time.

Über mich

There's only one important rule that you need to know about me; respect others and their opinions.

If you come to me with "X band is better than Y band", don't even try talking with me.
If you think "I like X band more than Y, but if you like Y more, that's cool. Let's have a beer". Then, we'll drink that beer.

I HATE judgemental people and arguments about tastes.

Even though most of my music is metal, I am not metalhead and I'll never label myself into any of those groups.

I am open to all genres of music, so feel free to suggest me any band you think I might like.
However, metal and old rock are my favourite genres and they always will be, simply because they have something for everyone, it's people who don't want to try and accept new things.

My favourite genres would be melodic death, doom, atmospheric black metal and folk metal. Generally, anything that has atmospheric in it but I like all other genres, as well as jazz, pop, blues, ambient, rock, punk, classical, soul, you name it.

What I care the most about music is lyrics and atmosphere. If song can make me think about me, my life and greater things in life, it has fulfilled it's duty.

If you still want to add me as your friend after reading all this, drop a comment.
Don't try adding me before talking to me because you'll be ignored.
