    Yea it's tough to work shelters and not get attached; it seems you get MORE attached because you know that you're helping them out more than you could imagine...yea, but it gets to you sometimes and so by a few years of helping shelters, you get bipolar a bit; well your feelings (not necessary your 'emotions' emotions), because once the jobs are done, that's where you revert to 'they're just another animal' mentality. Helps with the detaching...

For fun, I usually like to hang around smaller groups of people, mainly my girlfriend, and a handful of others; mostly just my best friends; but I like to go out and explore us know? We go and do everything, go to events, all kinds of local converts, orchestras, plays, musicals, coffee-shop shows and stuff, movies, and volunteer work as well...but usually it's like volunteering at animal-shelters, old folks home, and just whatever.
