.It was pretty sweet, it was at the Crystal Ballroom up in Portland and the floor has springs underneath, so movement makes it move like the ocean.

They had three bands playing, the first one was some Canadian band called Priestess. They sounded pretty badass, had a really long and awesome drum solo in one song and the sound was just mixed perfectly… Pretty awesome. The audience didn't really know what to think at first, but after the first song they started getting into it.

The second band was Black Stone Cherry. I had looked up some of their stuff online before going, it sounded nice recorded but I can't say their live performance was that great. It just sounded… like noise pretty much, no real harmony to it at all. The audience got really into it here, I thought maybe my ears were going bad but I don't think so.

And then of course the main band there was Black Label Society. And of course they kicked ass, they even went past legal hours to keep playing, and Zakk Wylde did his badass guitar solo. A lot of the set was stuff from their newer album which is badass, so it was a good deal.

All in all a pretty awesome concert.
