I have some music from Ana Brun, but don't know Bugge Wesseltoft at all. But Teitur is from Faroe Islands, isn't he? And, as for Norvegians, do you know David Darling? What about Mari Boine? National Bank (Dybdahls band). Or from the Norwegian jazz Terje Rypdal and Nils Peter Molvaer. If you like Bjork, you will love Sigur Ros and Mum too. Of course these are just suggestions to you.
