There's a swag of stuff I also listen to which I simply haven't bought yet, or that I borrow from friends when I want a listen, so if you thought I had bizarre taste from my actual collection, wait till you hear that I enjoy Spice Girls too :)

But first, let's talk about Dj Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince and Will Smith.

Several years ago, I combined my JJ&FP collection with my sister's. We have the complete set, but she's the nominal owner and so I don't include it in my own list.

Happily, Will Smith's latest Lost And Found is full of great rap tracks, e.g. Here He Comes, set to the Spider-Man theme, is hilariously awesome. It hearkens back to the great comedic tradition set by the early albums with DJ Jazzy Jeff, including personal favourites like Then She Bit Me, Girlie Had A Mustache and Who Stole The Dj.

While I like a moody Smashing Pumpkins track as much as the next person, it's always good to have some guaranteed fun, and mad mic skillz, standing by.
