If being classically trained/the type of vocals you would find in an opera means you're operatic, then CRistina Scabbia does fit that mold, as she is an obviously trained (or if not trained, then as good as a trained) contralto. And LOL seriously at a Vainglory fan posting on Vainglory's page, saying that those are the only vocalists you know that don't. It even says in the info right on this page that Kate French was in Chastain. If you were a true fan of Vainglory/Kate French, you would have looked into Chastain for that reason, and you would know she was not the original vocalist for Chastain. You also must be living under a rock. There are plenty of non-"operatic" as you refer to it female vocalists in Metal. More likely, you're just too lazy to bother looking. Meldrum for one are getting some decent exposure right now.
