The Doors are open. The hall of droneness is a list of my favorite ambient and drone albums. This is a fluid list, I plan on updating this list as I find new or undiscovered older releases that I missed along the way. Feel free to recommend albums that you feel I might enjoy, I'll certainly try and track them down and include them if they strike my fancy. Thanks goes out to other drone/ambient lovers who have posted their own lists and motivated me to hear new music and also inspired this list.

You may notice I don't have any Brian Eno or other artists pre-1990, that's because I just haven't swam in that ocean yet. I'm also just starting to get into the Fax +49-69/450464 label.
