Raw? The bass is inaudible... It's a great album but it lacks the heaviness off AOW.

Very underrated. It's more accessible than Age of Winters but rocks even harder from start to finish. The vocals work great similar to Scott Reagers on Saint Vitus' debut. There is not one song on this album that isn't epic.

I really, really enjoy this album and find it to be quite underrated.

I love this album, but am I the only one who thinks the sound quality is terrible? The guitar sounds 20 miles away. I bought the CD and it sounds like a low quality mp3. I'd basically give anything for a re-release of this album with decent quality.

As I am looking at this page, the album has exactly 444,999 plays. Maybe we should make an effort to keep it at this magical number.

It took me a couple listens to get to where I liked this one as much as Age of Winters. Gods of the Earth is a bit more accessible. I have tried to describe this band. The closest I can get is this; If Black Sabbath had a hidden vault of their very best stuff, that was better than anything they had ever released, and no one had ever heard it, and Ozzy wasn't singing, it would be The Sword.
