Shponglation Electronic Architecture 2 - the best compilation of the year. I don't believe that something could beat it. First time I listened to it at 5am with the rain out of my window, started with 2nd cd and it was REALLY atmospheric. This compilations shows the way "real compilations" should be. After it I completely understood that modern ASOTs or Pragues are just the mixtures of good tracks but not more... Richie, you are the GOD! [2].......So very true bro! Praque was actually very enjoyable, but this just made me appreciate how good of a mixer Richie is:)))

Sanjoy87 @ Tron1c/Prostoy_paren: Solarstone/Solar Stone are both "correct" and there are artist pages for each here at last.fm (they should do like discogs and combine them) but this is the dominant one in terms of scrobbles and listeners. Yes he has only used the former now in the latest years, but the latter is the one that was used on most of the big classic tunes, thats why it gathers most scrobbles.... for me it'll always be Solar Stone

а я-то думаю, что за бодяга и не видать Камушка Солнечного в топе моей библиотеки... а это оказца долбанное разделение откуда-то ни возьмись разрубило на Solar Stone и Solarstone блин. Глубоко пофиг как он себя сейчас называет, главное: а) музыка по прежнему потрясающая, б) чтоб был хоть какой-то единый стандарт [это камень в огород ЛастФМ]:))

Oyboer I just found out Rich; 2nd Element - Underwaterfall and SolarStone feat JES - Like a Waterfall are quite similar :) You made them both, so I guess you're allowed. Massive fan of the Chilled Out Euphoria album. That is such a piece of outstanding mixing and trackselection. All the best, and Merry Xmas even though you said you hated them :)

I always search the original name in: http://www.discogs.com/ For example, I search Super8 & DJ Tab, and the first name that appears in "Name Variations" is the original name used by the artist. In this case: "Super8 & Tab", not "Super8 & DJ Tab". But Solarstone is an exception, because he uses both names in differents projects.

Dan1_Filth Prostoy_paren, I have "Super8 & Tab" , "Super8 & DJ Tab" , "Super8 and Tab" "Super8 + DJ Tab" and "Super8 + Tab" in my charts and it is nonsence for sure ! I also hope last.fm developers find a solution for this :/

"Solarstone" is the right variant of the project name (formerly known as Solar Stone). Both variants are possible, and no need to correct id-tegs in earlier works under Solar Stone, but they should be added to "Solarstone" in charts. It's nonsence that I have both of them devided in my charts. :-)))

so amazed by electronic architecure! possibly the most perfect mix-album i've ever heard.. the only mix-album I might rank over it, is Isos 3, but thats mostly because of the tracks.. when it comes to the mixing itself, EA is the clear winner.. this is also the first time I've heard a double-disc mix-album thats actually succeeds in making to equally perfect discs..!

Lunar Rings was really ruined by the remixers, imho:( the greatness & brilliance of original version is lost without a trace. yeah, every track on a single is solid high quality club danceable work, but... where is sensuality of airy Essence's voice? i found it only in Prospekt's remix. it's the only track where balance between rhythm & atmosphere is good enough!
