Es gibt mindestens 8 Bands mit dem Namen Sand

1.) Sand war eine 1972 gegründete Krautrockband, mit Johannes Vester,Ludwig Papenberg und Ulrich Papenberg. Ihr erstes und einziges Album wurde von Klaus Schulze in Kunstkopf-Stereo produziert und reicht von athmosphärisch, eigenartigen Stücken über Folk zu rockigeren Nummern.
1996 wurde Golem, sowie die Urversionen und einigen weiteren Stücken von Vester, von David Tibet (Current 93) wiederveröffentlicht.

2.) Sand ist eine deutsche Rockgruppe mit Sebatian Lohse (Letzte Instanz und Frieder Zimmermann. 2001 gegründet und 2005 das Debut Winterlieder veröffentlicht

    mgerencer and others folks. This description about Sand is wrong. Because here, there are two bands of the same name .. German kraut rick band from the 70's and jazz band from england i think. The photo with those guys show a members of krautrock band Sand. And their albums calls Golem - full album from 1974 and new versions from 2010. Myarain - Ep from 1974. Ultrasonic Seraphin - compilation issued David Tibet and Steven Stapleton from 1996. Desert Navigation - from 2011. Sylph Ballet - from 2012. And three albums in this description were recorded by Sand from England.. Beautiful People Are Evil from 1999. Still Born Alive 2001. The Dalston Shroud 2006. Can some to help to fixed this..

    Why are the kraut band so low on the list in the description when their songs have most plays? To fans of the other sand bands (ie those that were too stupid to realise the name was already taken) your sand isn't as popular as the kraut sand, do not put them at number 1.
