Much more guitar-oriented, thanks to Robbo. Different, yes, but also fuckin' great. The live album from that period in the deluxe edition rules too

Very good album, the thing is it's.. hmm, different than other M-Head ones - more complex, more melodical than typicall raw, balls-to-the-wall Motorhead

FUCKING UNDERRATED !!! Excuse the caps , but wow just wow , i'll be honest i skipped this one for such a long time and went straight for the talked about , experienced , well liked good ones in their discography . But what a beautiful album , yes a tad more melodic compared to their other albums , some may say .........but that's what makes this album so special . One of the best albums ever released in Heavy Metal !!

Fine, FINE album! The Blues'iest they ever made. Perhaps that is why it is not the favourite of many Motörhead fans, not heavy enough. But if they could just put that aside, the music is a-class. And check those f*cking solo's!!!

Very underrated but i do prefer 1916 which is also underrated in my eyes every album that doesn't have ace of spades on is underrated ha

this is one of the best Motörhead-albums of all time. Furious, far-out-of-mind guitar working by Brain "Robbo" Robertson - overdubbing guitartrack after guitartrack. Fucking genius. Sure, he never was in line with dirty Lem and Phil, old Thin-Lizzy-man, but apparently he brought an new, more melodic approach to Lemmy. Listen to "I Got Mine" - what a hell of a song! and up to 1983, here we had by far the best Lemmy lyrics! Listen to this album, it will blow you away - not by it's speed, but by it's fine dirty rock and roll nightmares.

This is my favorite Motorhead album - Brian Robertson brought such an interesting and melodic approach to the music, yet it was still big, loud and dirty.
