ENGLISH:
I compose electronic music, filmmusic and soundtracks since 1986 and I would say I write instrumental music in a different kind of electronic way, - slow and fast, mostly with a nice melody and beautiful soundscapes and textures.
My first record in a studio was in vienna in 1989. It was one slow instrumental song (para dream) and my first song that played in radio-stations in austria. I’ve poduced 2 Instrumental Audio-CD’s. The first CD in the year 1990 and the second CD in the year 1996. Both Audio CDs I have recorded in the city „Vienna“.
I have composed soundtracks for the pc game „anno 1602“ in the years 1996-1997, too.

Seit mehr als 20 Jahren komponiere ich elektronische Instrumentalmusik, Filmmusik und Soundtracks. Meine Songs sind meist ruhige, verträumte, oft mit schwebenden spärischen Flächenklängen unterlegte Stimmungsgemälde, die in eine Welt der Fantasie entführen. Ich komponiere alle Songs selbst in meinem eigenen Tonstudio.
Meine Kompositionen reichen von schnellen, rhythmischen bis langsamen und atmosphärischen Instrumentalsongs, Jingles, kurzen Loops und Klingeltöne bis zu Filmmusik und Soundtracks für Video, Web, PC-Spiele …

I am enjoying tracks like trip into silence, but depending upon the mood, I am finding many other tracks more soundtrack and heavy. Such as sleep satellite and the mirror. It is hard to put on a Markus Pitzer playlist if you are in a certain mood. You are quite versatile and very explorative in your music... That having been said... I wouldn't mind going on a hike with you. I like that rugged look. and oh yea... that smile to. :)
