Nit89ram For those of you who don't like "Infruset": Don't worry! The band are currently working on a standard Mando Diao-record that (from what I have heard) will be released next year. "Infruset" should be considered more like a side project within the Mando Diao name. I think it was Björn who got a request from a friend to create music to a poem by Gustaf Fröding for a exhibition about the same guy. That created some sort of a spark for the band to wanted to create something more, so during 5 days they recorded the whole album at "a cabin in the woods". After that experience they are getting back to the basics again. But "Infruset" has received a lot of praise here in Sweden and created new Mando Diao-fans (especially a bit older ones). In interviews Mando Diao has told about occasions when families have liked the album from different perspectives. The grandchildren has said: "Listen, that's Mando Diao on the radio" and the grandparents ""Listen, that's Gustaf Fröding on the radio" :)

Pi4noBl4ck The fact of this album being in Swedish is the lesser of the problems. The songs are uninspired, repetitive, plainly boring. I read the lyrics are from a Swedish poet, so I hope they are at least any good to make up, but as I don't know nothing about Swedish language, I'll never know. I'm a huge fan, since from the first album and I was longing a new release since Give Me Fire and that's not nearly close what I was expecting. The whole album seems like an egotrip and I hope this is only a phase.

Rikardd How is it their most authentic album? They have not written the lyrics, all the words are from a famous swedish poet - Gustav Fröding. The music is ok but it really does nothing for me.
