(1) MUNK
is the musical project of Italo-German DJ, Musician, producer and artist MATHIAS MODICA. There have been released two MUNK albums. The first one (Aperitivo 2005) included the indie disco hymn „Kick out the chairs“ wich Mathias had recorded with his old friend JAMES MURPHY of DFA/ LCD Soundsystem. Also Micky Moonlight aka Midnight Mike (now on Ed Banger Records) had contributed to that album. The new Munk album CLOUBUSTER has been released in 2008 and featured three songs with ASIA ARGENTO (italian actor - known from Sofia Coppolas film Marie Antoinette).
