Loscil ist das electronic/ambient Projekt von Scott Morgan aus Vancouver, BC. Der Name steht für die „looping oscillator“ Funktion (loscil) in der Programmierspache Csound. Scott Morgan spielt außerdem Schlagzeug in der Indieband Destroyer aus Vancouver.
