Iniquity war eine 1989 gegründete Death-Metal-Band aus Kopenhagen.
Bandgeschichte
Die Band wurde 1989 gegründet. 1992 und 1993 nahm die Band die Demos „Entering Deception“ und „Promo ’93“ auf, bevor sie 1996 ihr erstes vollständiges Studioalbum „Serandium“ veröffentlichte. Es folgten die EP „The Hidden Lore“ (1998) sowie zwei weitere Alben: „Five Across the Eyes“ (1999) und „Grime“ (2001). 2003 veröffentlichte die Band die Single „Revel in Cremation“ (2003) sowie das Best-of-Album „Iniquity, Bloody Iniquity“, ehe sie sich 2004 auflöste. Ihr Lied „The Bullet’s Breath“ (vom 2001er Album „Grime“) wurde für die Flash-Animation „Growl Karaoke“ verwendet.
