    Toobaman - listen to the track "The Battle" from Gladiator, and then find me something similar from his earlier works that is the same. You'll find all his tracks have subtle differences, which make it different.

    In the small details it is where we can listen to Zimmer's similarities. In many films we observe amazing similarities: the last samurai, the king arturo, gladiator, pirates of the Caribbean are some examples.though he is "original" and I like it him.

    toobaman.... listen for the small details... they are all different to each song! that makes Zimmers music so attractive! He fits the music perfectly to the movies. Each song is a masterpiece in my opinion

    I object, his music and originality are not ot be compromised and they are supposed to sound similar for they fit in the genre and compositions theory, they are all meant to emalgimate together and they are far from dissonate!
