Last night, Canadian R&B singer Glenn Lewis played at the Parisian venue Bizz’art in order to promote his latest album, Moment Of Truth.
The opening part was made by a French artist, whose EP is coming out soon. It was not bad, I liked it. Her part lasted 35 minutes, and she had a nice voice, although I found that her songs were a bit too long.
Minutes later, Glenn arrived on the stage, with his band (composed of a bassist, a guitarist, a drummer, a keyboard plater, and background singers). He kicked off the show with Storm (from his latest album). He continued with Simple Things (from World Outside My Window, his debut album), Up & Down and Random Thoughts.
He kept the show going with some classics like This Love, It’s Not Fair, and Lonely. The audience was dancing, singing along to the songs and cheered when Glenn covered Michael Jackson’s I Can’t Help It. We all were enjoying the show.
