This is definitely when ETID peaked. This album was a grower for me when it came out, its really up there with Hot Damn and Last Night In Town. A little better than Gutter Phemon (those first for LPs are all golden, hard to order them). New Junk Aesthetic was OK, but a backslide, and Ex Lives and From Parts Unknown abandoned the southern-core riffage that made ETID unique, in chase of aping the Converge chaos sound. I love Converge, and ETID, and would prefer them to sound like themselves, rather than copy the other.

Same. Some of the lyrics are absolutely stunning it is better to destroy than to create what is meaningless, so the picture will not be finished Genius.
