So, I first did this A-Z: First Last Best entry in June of 07. However, as I stated in that journal, at the time I only had about 1/3 of my music on my computer. Now, however, I have about 3/4 of my total library, so I decided to take some time and see how this list has changed after adding all this new music to my computer library (lots of my older music will be missing, as I haven't added the last bit of my CD's to the computer). Not that anyone will really care enough to comment on this, or even to read it in the first place, but yeah, it'll kill some boredom...And notice the addition of the # category for shits and giggles...Yeah, I have way too much time...

It’s not every day an artist pulls themselves above the confines of musicianship and into the often fickle consciousness of popular culture. Sure, pop stars are forced down our throat almost daily by money-hungry majors but not often does one come along that is as creatively talented as they are musically, Sam Sparro is one of the few.

But hold up a second, “Who the hell is Sam Sparro” we here you ask? He’s an australian-born, LA-based former child actor who now indulges in a spot of performing, producing and songwriting. He’s the one responsible for that insanely infectious ‘Black and Gold’ song kicking about on radio currently. Oh, and he’s on the brink of international superstardom.

Era un hecho el que teníamos que pinchar en la Fiesta de Presentación de BI FM en la Fever del pasado viernes, y era otro hecho que lucce, el que mas "experiencia" tenía de todos nosotros en estas lides, no iba a estar debido a que se marchaba a Nueva York, así que escogí para que me acompañase a la persona a la que más ilusión le iba a hacer y por lo tanto con la que mejor me lo pasaría mientras pinchábamos.

Fueron tres días de preparativos, eligiendo temas y preparando unos recopilatorios con ellos y con parte de los sugeridos en la entrada "Esta Sesión la Pinchas Tú", para evitar andar con maletas o bolsas excesivamente grandes.

Una vez allí, tras acabar el interesante concierto de The Blows y el desfase generalizado que provocaron los Standard, nos acercamos a la sala Pink donde Madel (Chico Y Chica), con quien compartíamos platos esa noche y con mucha más experiencia que nosotros…
