The idea:
"Go through your top 10 artists and add up the total number of listeners. Divide the average by the number of Radiohead fans (Radiohead is the artist with the most listeners). That is your "mainstream percentage."

Hmm, I do not really know how to interpret this. It is reassuringly low so as not to be taken as a mainstream lad! :-) But on the other hand, I think it is a bit sad that not more listeners have discovered Jim Foetus Thirlwell, for example.

The very low listener count for Sophie Rimheden and The Quill is maybe not so surprising, since they are still a quite local (Swedish) phenomenon.
But the low count for Laibach also surprises me a lot, since they more or less on their own paved the way for Rammstein and the like. …
