Blaggards (ohne „The“) ist eine Folk Rock Band aus Houston, Texas, die im Juli 2004 gegründet wurde.
Sie selbst nennen ihre Musik „Stout Irish Rock“, eine Mischung aus traditioneller Irish Folk Musik und Rock ‘n’ Roll, der von Johnny Cash und Elvis bis Thin Lizzy oder Black Sabbath reicht.
Im Moment besteht die Band aus 4 Mitglieder, die da wären:
Patrick Devlin - Gesang und Gitarre
Chad Smalley - Bass
Brandi Belle Clarke - Fiddle und Mandoline
Greg Main - Schlagzeug
Ihr erstes Album „Standards“ erschien am 14. März 2005, ein Live-Album und ein neues Studioalbum sind für 2008 geplant.
