Very nice album. All songs are good, and vocals fit well.

I think this is quite nice album. I like the calm, which is present. Also the crystal sound reminds me some preset in famous guitar software, I used as well when just relaxed. I would only lower volume of rhytm passage or covered it more with tone knob. Although my critic, I really enjoed that. Thank you for making the music! :-)

A travel in Gounouman's universe. Calm, atmospheric, poetic, 3 words to describe this album. The song "Rising Midwinter Veils" is a masterpiece. Listen to this album, you'll not regret :)

[part II] Songs 6 and 7 are quite a turning-point. From that moment onwards relief and resignation become predominant. It feels like some decision was made: from the broad spectrum of emotions, one specific emotion ('melancholy'?) and one specific genre (gothic, ambient) are opted for. The next songs are a dreamy journey into an unknown dreamy environment. In the beginning it feels as if the decision's impact is mainly negative, but those negative feelings are steadily replaced by positive elements. The final song is a catharsis: a mental state characterized by happiness and solitude has been reached and rest is now my part.

[part I] This album consists of two major parts: The first half of the album is characterized by its diversity. In every of The first 5 songs one specific emotion or state of mind is touched: (1) mystery, (2) dreams, (3) happiness, (4) simplicity, (5) sadness. Those 'emotions', carried by melancholy, are all created by combining various musical styles (metal, folk, rock, gothic). The diversity is hence both musically and mentally, which makes this part of album very complicated, without being chaotic. A first time listener cannot predict what will come next.

Bonne continuation :)

Betray-ed brings more chillout/new age elements into the music. Great for reading, relaxation, background. While listen to it I have this nostalgia feeling like leaving my home forever. Thank you.

Brilliant work. Really brilliant, period. Walran, it's your most successfully completed work so far... by far? Don't know, Betray-Ed has always been great, even in its "awkwardness"... But here... It's pure Betray-Ed, nothing has changed in the deep core of your music, but the "childhood" feeling is now magnified by a pure maturity of work, both in the compositions and in the mixing process... You're reaching a peak there, in a simple and absolutely attractive way, and David made it even more perfect! I really recommend this album to all the persons who love dreaming while listening to music... Close your eyes and let yourself in, "An Everlasting Drift" is made for you!
