You should upload it here too and set it to "full tracks" so that they get radio play. You will get a lot more listens here than on RN as long as you tag everything just right. Then make a playlist on your favorite media player that includes YOUR stuff along with other artists that sound very similar to your stuff and then start scrobbling. That will teach the mighty Last.fm brain how to stream your stuff to the world. Also, a lot of people subscribe to the "recommended free downloads" via RSS so making your stuff free to download really gets it out there. We have had better discovery doing that than all of the other music sites combined.
