The Chinese saxophonist Li Tieqiao is blasting. Strong, energetic, improvised, forced, free. What ever you want to call it. You'll have to listen to it.
We have been talking and playing with him a couple of times and he'll release a collection of tracks some time soon on Shalom Salon and explore the borders of cross cultural cross media dialog.

We just want you to check out his oeuvre and be prepared. If you are staying in China, he'll be playing at Beijing and Shanghai within these next two month. In December you'll be able to catch him in Germany. We'll keep you up to date.
